However, please expect the price is also similar to those hidden bars nearby that area, and you will need to climb up staircase to reach this rooftop hidden bar!

Beautiful bar above of a hostel. They serve creative cocktails and the decor is appropriately matched to the area. I got the dragon lady cocktail. But just be careful the stairs are very narrow.
The Attic Bar is a hidden gem located on the third floor of a homestay. It's recommended to arrive early, as there is usually a queue after 8pm. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating.
They have a wide selection of specialty cocktails and mocktails, as well as regular beer and beverages. Their snacks can take some time to be served, so be prepared for that.
Speakeasy bar in Chinatown area. Nice vibes and decorations, top 30 bars in Malaysia too. To get in you have to pass through the hostel and climb up 3 flights of stairs. Narrow staircase that only can have one person at a time. I had the bar seat and ordered a strong drink. It was lovely. There were many tables and also an outdoor patio area.
Another speakeasy in the Chinatown area of KL. The entry is through a spiral staircase in a hostel. The height is low, so tall folks be careful. Also be careful while climbing down if you are drunk.
Nice reddish ambience, with good music. Service is ok. We ordered the following -
1) Umeshu sour - slightly sweet because of the umeshu and with the rest of the ingredients you would find in a whiskey sour. Loved this - very smooth.
2) A pandan infused gin cocktail. I’m afraid I don’t remember the name.
The drinks here were reasonably priced and tasted decent. My only complaint is why did they think it was a good idea to install a spiral staircase to enter and exit the bar??? After one too many drinks, accidents are bound to happen.
This place is Da Bomb, if you can find it of course. Takes awhile to Google and figure it out but once you do you won't regret it. The drinks was super good but pricey, we requested to have more alchohol content and they did it for us. We had the squid finger food and it was Soso, overall ambience was great alongside the drinks!! Very chill place
